The learner journey starts at enrollment, where Parchment solutions manage your enrollment processes– all online. Families submit student application documents through our Family Dashboard. Staff accept applications, process lotteries, manage waitlists, and accept seats through our K-12 Enroll and K-12 Lottery. All notifications about missing documents, waitlist status, seat acceptance, and more are automated to save staff and families time.
When documents are submitted to your school digitally through our enrollment solutions, or if they are manually received and scanned, they can be stored in K-12 Cumulative Folders so counselors, nurses, and other authorized staff members can easily access the most recent records without having to trek across a campus in search of a folder or to check out a paper file.
After learners matriculate or graduate, alumni records can be stored in K-12 Document Management, along with staff or HR records. Records requests for current or former students can be securely received and managed through our K-12 Award and K-12 District Transfer solutions, simplifying and streamlining work for records management staff.
For K-12 charter schools, learners who graduate receive print diplomas for their wall, and digital diplomas for social networking. Their credentials can continue to be accessed through their Parchment learner profile to help them navigate college and/or career. Plus, with our Award K-12 solution, they’ll be able to tap into the largest worldwide credential network.
